This iconic landmark has fallen to a mortgagee sale and was snapped up today at auction for $165,000.00.



This was a property with 4749m of land more/less and a Rateable Value of $395,000 - that's great buying in my mind. Sure there's a few things to do. The agents would say "a little bit of TLC needed" :)
